About the Foundation

Julio Lugo

Our President, Julio Cesar Lugo, who had the initial vision to establish this foundation, was born in Barahona, Dominican Republic. Since a very early age he dedicated his life to baseball. Today, his efforts have made him a major league baseball player for the "Boston Red Sox".

Sulky Caro

Vice-president, and co-founder of the foundation, is responsible for co-ordinating all events and activities. Along with her husband they run the organization.
